Gary Lethridge
Managing Director

Gary’s resource industry involvement has included exposure to all phases of resources projects; from exploration, discovery, feasibility, development and through to operations.

Prior to joining Talisman in early 2009 Gary held the position of Executive General Manager-Corporate and Chief Financial Officer at the highly successful Australian nickel producer Jubilee Mines NL, where he was part of the senior executive management team from 2003 until that Company's acquisition by Xstrata Nickel in early 2008. Before that, Gary held senior executive positions with LionOre Mining International Limited in Australia (now Norilsk Nickel) and has also previously acted as a Non Executive Director of two Australian listed exploration companies.

Gary is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Australian Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Graeme Cameron
Technical Director

Graeme is a Geologist with over 20 year’s experience in the mineral exploration industry. During this period he has held Senior Management positions at Falcon Minerals, AngloGold Ashanti, Geoinformatics Exploration and Sons of Gwalia, exploring for large precious and base metal systems in Australia, Canada, South America and Indonesia.  In particular, he has been involved in the discovery and development of several Precambrian gold and nickel deposits in the West Australian Goldfields, and the Tanami region of the Northern Territory.

Graeme holds a BSc (Honours) in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Western Australia, an MSc from Edith Cowan University and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy

Dan Madden BComAcc, ACA
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Dan has spent the last 10 years in the resources industry in Western Australia holding positions as audit manager for Deloitte, Financial Controller for Jubilee Mines NL and Xstrata Nickel Australasia. Most recently he held the senior position of Manager of Finance for Xstrata Nickel Australasia.

Daniel graduated from the University if Birmingham with a degree in Commerce and Accounting. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and an affiliate of the Australian Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries.

Peter Cash
Manager – Corporate Development

Peter has 15 years Management experience in mining and exploration, telecommunications and the Australian Agricultural industry. He spent several years with CRA and later Rio-Tinto in the Eastern Goldfields, Murchison and was involved in the technical analysis of the Kintyre Uranium deposit. He was responsible for the rationalisation of the historical dataset covering the Hampton Areas in the Kalgoorlie, Coolgardie and Kambalda region that set the foundation for New Hampton Goldfields Pty Ltd (now Alacer Gold). He progressed the successful formulation of a single National delivery system for Australia’s 40 000 grain farmers as General Manager of the National Grower Register and in the last 5 years has had success as Investor and Communications Manager for Focus Minerals and West African Gold play Noble Minerals where he oversaw the progression from junior explorer through to discovery, development and then ultimate commercial production.

Brendan Brittliffe
Operations Manager

Brendan has worked in the resources sector in Australia for over 11 years, primarily in operational roles, and joined Talisman Mining in January 2006.

Brendan, who heads up Talisman's operational and logistics team, worked for Tantalum Australia NL from 2001 to 2005 immediately prior to joining Talisman. During that time he gained experience in all areas at that company's sites, including operation of mine site machinery, crushing plant and heavy earthmoving equipment. He also played an integral part in the construction, commissioning and operation of their Perth based tantalite dressing circuit and laboratory which prepared numerous products for international export.

Previous to this Brendan worked in field based exploration roles for Australasian Gold Mines NL and spent several years with Grey Eisdel Timms (WA) Pty Ltd Auctioneers selling second hand mining, processing and related machinery and products.

Brendan is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
