Building Opportunity and Diversity in Copper and Nickel
"Sinclair is as close to the perfect acquisition as we could have hoped for. It has an existing known deposit extension, established mine infrastructure, two emerging exploration discoveries immediately adjacent to the existing mine, and huge untapped regional exploration potential."
Alan Senior - Chairman, Talisman Mining Limited
The Springfield Joint Venture projects are located approximately 150km north-east of Meekatharra in the northern Murchison Goldfields region of Western Australia.
The Sinclair Nickel Project is located in the southern portion of the Agnew-Wiluna Greenstone belt, one of the world’s premier nickel provinces with reported endowment of over 9Mt of nickel and numerous world-class deposits.
The Springfield Project comprises a 303km2 ground package located immediately to the east of Sandfire Resources NL’s DeGrussa Copper-Gold Mine in the northern Murchison Goldfields region of Western Australia.
The Halloween West JV Projects is located approximately 15 - 20km west of Sandfire Resources NL’s high-grade DeGrussa VMS Copper-Gold Mine in the Murchison region of Western Australia.
The Sinclair Nickel Project includes an extensive 290km2 tenement package covering at least five known ultra-mafic volcanic sequences which are considered prospective for massive nickel sulphide mineralisation.
Nickel mineralisation at the Sinclair deposit continues down-plunge beyond the current underground mine infrastructure and has been confirmed in drilling for a further 1km along strike from the end of actual mining development.
The Sinclair Nickel Project includes extensive new-near infrastructure including an existing open-cut and underground mine, an on-site 300,000tpa Concentrator, sealed airstrip and +200-person accommodation village.
