Aircore Drilling Commences at East Peak Hill Gold
Prospect, NSW
Follow-up drilling underway to test ~5km gold mineralised corridor adjacent to the Peak Hill and Tomingley
gold districts
Highlights
Macquarie Projects, NSW: East Peak Hill Gold Prospect
● 2,500m follow-up aircore (AC) drilling program has commenced at Talisman’s 100%-owned East
Peak Hill (EPH) Prospect, NSW.
● EPH is located to the immediate east of the Peak Hill Gold District, and south of Alkane Resources’
(ASX: ALK) Tomingley Gold Project1
(1.36Moz at 2.2g/t Au).
● This phase of AC drilling is designed to further evaluate a ~5km long gold mineralised corridor that
has been identified in the previous drilling programs. Previously reported results include 3m @
1.75g/t from 33m (EPAC0003)2
.
● The gold mineralisation has been defined along the prospective contact between a package of
volcaniclastic rocks and the sedimentary Cotton Formation. This is interpreted as the same
stratigraphic succession that hosts Tomingley and Peak Hill.
● The drilling program is scheduled to be completed by the end of October, with first results expected
by early December.
Talisman Mining Limited (ASX: TLM, ‘Talisman’ or the ‘Company’) is pleased to advise that a 2,500m AC drilling
program has commenced at the Company’s 100%-owned East Peak Hill Gold Prospect, part of its Macquarie
Project in NSW (Figure 1).
Preparations are now also underway to commence Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling at the Company’s Sheepyard
Gold Prospect, within its Lachlan Fold project portfolio, to test the deeper IP anomaly generated previously by
Talisman. An RC rig has been secured, and further updates will be provided in due course on the expected
commencement of this next phase of drilling.
Management Comment
Talisman Mining Managing Director, Todd Ross, said: “We are pleased to be back on the ground at East Peak
Hill following weather-related delays that restricted access to parts of the project area for an extended period.
With conditions now improved, we can progress systematic testing of this high value target along the ~5km gold
mineralised corridor, a contact that hosts major deposits in the district. First results are expected in early
December.”

Aircore Drilling Program Details
The current AC program will comprise up to five drill lines to test two key target areas (shown in Figure 2).
EPH1 Target
The EPH1 Target was defined by previous AC programs completed by Talisman. Drilling across the prospective
contact intersected strongly anomalous gold values in a position that is interpreted as an area of structural
complexity (“jog” structure) (Figure 3).
The follow-up drill testing will step out to the north and south to test for extensions of the gold mineralisation.

EPH2 Target
Three drill traverses have been planned to complete systematic testing of the targeted gold corridor. Previous
attempts to drill this area were impeded by significant rain events.

About Talisman Mining
Talisman Mining Limited (ASX: TLM) is an Australian mineral development and exploration company. The Company’s aim is to
maximise shareholder value through exploration, discovery and development of complementary opportunities in base and
precious metals.
Talisman has secured tenements in the Cobar/Mineral Hill region in Central NSW through the grant of its own Exploration
Licences. The Cobar/Mineral Hill region is a richly mineralised district that hosts several base and precious metal mines
including the CSA, Tritton, and Hera/Nymagee mines. This region contains highly prospective geology that has produced many
long-life, high-grade mineral discoveries. Talisman has identified several areas within its Lachlan Cu-Au Project tenements
that show evidence of base and precious metals endowment which have had very little modern systematic exploration
completed to date.
Talisman also has a significant tenement holding in both the Molong and Junee-Narromine belts within the Macquarie Arc
geological domain. The Macquarie Arc hosts several of Australia’s largest gold and copper-gold discoveries and operations
including Cadia Valley, North Parkes, Cowal and Tomingley. Talisman believes there is significant potential for the discovery
of substantial copper and gold mineralisation within this land package and is undertaking active exploration to test a number
of these targets.
