Under ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of Talisman will be 9 October 2026. Having regard to the proximity of the 2026 AGM and in the interest of procedural efficiency, resolutions to approve Director placement participation in the share placement announced on 2 September 2026 will now be combined with AGM business into a single meeting.
