June 2026 Quarterly Activities Report
Experienced mining executive Todd Ross appointed as CEO as part of planned leadership succession.
Emerging large-scale gold system identified at Sheepyard, and further promising aircore drilling results at
East Peak Hill
Highlights:
Walkers Hill Gold Project (NSW) – Sheepyard Prospect
• Subsequent to quarter end, aircore (AC) drilling at the Sheepyard Prospect intersected further broad zones
of shallow gold mineralisation over a currently unconstrained strike length of approximately 800m.1
• Results are interpreted to be coincident with the margins of an IP chargeability anomaly, demonstrating the
emergence of a large-scale gold system, with the main IP chargeability anomaly yet to be tested by drilling.
Results included:
• 9m at 0.94g/t Au from 42m, including 6m at 1.28g/t Au (SYAC0085); and
• 15m at 0.55g/t Au from 3m, including 9m at 0.67g/t Au, and 15m at 0.46g/t Au from 30m,
including 3m at 0.97g/t Au (SYAC0088).
• The Sheepyard Prospect forms the southern part of an approximately 5.5km-long, north-west trending soil
anomaly (>25ppb gold).
• A follow-up AC and RC drilling program is planned to further expand the mineralised footprint and provide a
definitive test of the IP chargeability anomaly at depth.
East Peak Hill Prospect (NSW)
• Final assay results received from the Company’s maiden 5,546m, 95-hole aircore drilling (AC) program
completed across seven lines at the East Peak Hill (EPH) Prospect.2
• Phase 1 program tested a 4.5km-long trend of interpreted intrusive rocks within the highly prospective Junee-
Narromine Volcanic Belt, host to several major gold and copper-gold deposits.
• Results from Line 2 indicate both anomalous gold and promising pathfinder minerals on the eastern contact
of this belt, with a similar structural position and geochemical signature to the mineralisation at the nearby
Tomingley Operations. Intersections included:
• 9m at 0.22g/t Au, 837ppm As and 50ppm Sb (EPAC0001); and
• 9m at 0.67g/t Au, 1,582ppm As and 62ppm Sb (EPAC0003), including:
▪ 3m at 1.75g/t Au, 3,030ppm As and 107ppm Sb
• Results further south on Line 7 indicate a broad zone of anomalous copper, cobalt and gold with promising
pathfinder minerals adjacent to a large de-magnetised geophysical target. Significant results included:
• 21m at 460ppm Cu, 507ppm Co and 289ppm Zn (EPAC0064); and
• 16m at 400ppm Cu, 360ppm Co and 150ppm Zn (EPAC0084), including:
▪ 3m at 0.21g/t Au, 0.11ppm Ag, 513ppm As, 400ppm Cu, 679ppm Co and 100ppm Zn.
• Follow-up AC program commenced in late May, designed to extend the mineralised trends discovered in
Phase 1.
Corporate
• Talisman announced a leadership succession, with experienced mining executive Todd Ross appointed
as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 June 2026. Mr Ross will succeed Andrew Munckton, who intends to
retire at the conclusion of his current contract on 21 August 2026.
• Royalty cash receipts from the Wonmunna Iron Ore Project of $150K received for the quarter.
• Talisman had cash on hand as at 30 June of $3.09 million.

Sheepyard Prospect – Emerging Large-Scale Gold System
Subsequent to the end of the quarter, Talisman announced further aircore (AC) drilling results from the Sheepyard
Prospect, part of the Walkers Hill Gold Project in NSW.3
The recently completed 1,657m AC drilling program
continued to intersect broad zones of shallow gold mineralisation, confirming the high level of prospectivity over
a currently unconstrained strike length of approximately 800m.
Results included:
• 9m at 0.94g/t Au from 42m (including 6m at 1.28g/t Au) in SYAC0085;
• 15m at 0.55g/t Au from 3m (including 9m at 0.67g/t Au) and
• 15m at 0.46g/t Au from 30m (including 3m at 0.97g/t Au) in SYAC0088;
• and 12m at 0.68g/t Au from 21m (including 9m at 0.78g/t Au, bottom of hole) in SYAC0082.
These results are interpreted to be coincident with the margins of an IP chargeability anomaly previously
generated by Talisman, with the main IP chargeability anomaly yet to be tested by drilling.
Additional AC drill results included:
• 12m at 0.47g/t Au from 6m (including 3m at 0.82g/t Au) in SYAC0083;
• 9m at 0.57g/t Au from 18m (including 3m at 1.02g/t Au) in SYAC0059;

• 9m at 0.54g/t Au from 12m (including 3m at 0.88g/t Au) in SYAC0064; and
• 9m at 0.38g/t Au from 30m (including 3m at 0.54g/t Au) in SYAC0067.
The Sheepyard Prospect forms the southern part of an approximately 5.5km-long, north-west trending soil
anomaly (>25ppb gold). Follow-up drilling is planned to comprise both AC drilling to further expand the footprint
of the gold mineralised system and RC drilling to provide a definitive test of the IP chargeability anomaly at depth.
Macquarie Arc Projects, NSW
East Peak Hill (EL 9395) – Aircore Drilling
Talisman completed a maiden aircore (AC) drilling program at East Peak Hill (Figure 3), comprising seven lines
that tested a 4.5km-long trend within the Junee-Narromine Volcanic Belt, with final assay results returned during
the quarter (Lines 1 to 7, holes EPAC0001 to EPAC0095).4
Figure 3: Regional geology plan of the Junee-Narromine Volcanic Belt illustrating the gold and copper-gold deposits of the region. Talisman
tenure in the belt consists of three EL’s. The East Peak Hill Project is located on EL 9395, approximately 10km south-east of the Tomingley
Gold Operation
On Line 2, drilling intersected a zone of gold-arsenic-antimony alteration on the eastern Mingelo Volcanics/Cotton
Formation contact, with a best result of 3m at 1.75g/t Au from 33m (EPAC0003). Line 3 and Line 4 were unable to
be tested during this phase due to wet weather and landholder access restrictions at the time and will be extended

in the Phase 2 program.
Further south, Line 7 intersected a broad, 350m-wide zone of anomalous copper-cobalt-zinc-gold mineralisation,
interpreted to be analogous to porphyry copper-style mineralisation seen at the nearby Buryan Prospect located
approximately 20km along strike (Magmatic Resources, ASX:MAG, see MAG ASX announcement 21 February
2019).
A 4,500m follow-up (Phase 2) AC program commenced in May5
, designed to extend the Line 2 and Line 7 trends
and test additional geophysical targets across up to nine drill lines, however drilling was paused due to
unfavourable weather conditions.
Corporate
Leadership Succession
Talisman Mining appointed experienced mining executive Mr Todd Ross as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1
June 2026.6
Mr Ross will succeed Andrew Munckton, who has advised the Board of his intention to retire at the conclusion of
his current contract on 21 August 2026, following three years at the helm of Talisman and a distinguished 42-year
career in the Australian mining and exploration sector.
Mr Ross is a highly regarded and experienced resources and finance executive, with a strong track record in
leading junior ASX exploration companies and in thecommercial banking sector in Australia and around the world.
Most recently, Mr Ross served as Managing Director of Northern Territory-focused uranium explorer, DevEx
Resources (ASX: DEV), and was also previously Managing Director of junior nickel explorer, Nordic Nickel (ASX:
NNL), now Nordic Resources.
Prior to these roles, he was Managing Director, Head of Western Australia and Head of Metals & Mining for BNP
Paribas, where he was responsible for executing the bank’s mining, energy and infrastructure strategy.
Mr Ross also has extensive experience in corporate advisory, project financing and capital markets across the
resources sector.
The timing of Mr Munckton’s retirement will facilitate an orderly three-month handover period to ensure a smooth
leadership transition.
Following his appointment, Mr Ross will work closely with Talisman’s Chairman, Kerry Harmanis, and the board
to pursue strategies to unlock the value of its extensive NSW exploration portfolio while also targeting business
development and growth opportunities.
Iron Ore Royalty
During the quarter, Talisman received $150K in royalty payments from iron ore sales that occurred between 1
March 2026 and 31 May 2026 from Wonmunna Iron Ore Pty Ltd (Wonmunna), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral
Resources Limited (ASX: MIN), the owner and operator of the Wonmunna Iron Ore Mine (WIOM) in the Pilbara
region of Western Australia.
The iron ore royalty receipts for the current quarter reflect the impact of moderating volumes of Wonmunna ore
within the Mineral Resources Pilbara Hub production, favourable global iron ore pricing and the AUDUSD
exchange rate during the quarter.
Since the commencement of iron ore production at the WIOM in March 2021, total royalty payments of $35.2
million have been received by Talisman as at the date of this announcement.
Preparations have been made by Mineral Resources to transition its Pilbara Hub production from Wonmunna to
Lamb Creek, with first ore production from Lamb Creek commencing in the June quarter 2026. It is expected that
production at the current Wonmunna Project will tail off with royalty payments for the current project expected to
wind down from the March quarter 2026 consistent with the October 2025 update and toward the end of that

Gold and Copper Resources Pty Ltd, a company associated with Lucknow Gold Limited, which was the 49% owner
of the Lucknow JV and EL 6455.
The tenement and JV interest was sold for $35,000 cash plus a 1% NSR royalty on minerals produced from the
tenement.
New Project Opportunities
The appointment of Todd Ross as Chief Executive Officer reflects an enhanced strategic focus on business
development and growth. Alongside advancing its highly prospective NSW exploration portfolio, the Company is
actively pursuing value-accretive acquisition opportunities that complement its existing assets and strengthen its
pipeline of future growth opportunities, with a disciplined focus on delivering sustainable long-term shareholder
value.

About Talisman Mining
Talisman Mining Limited (ASX:TLM) is an Australian mineral development and exploration company. The
Company’s aim is to maximise shareholder value through exploration, discovery and development of
complementary opportunities in base and precious metals.
Talisman has secured tenements in the Cobar/Mineral Hill region in Central NSW through the grant of its own
Exploration Licenses and through a joint venture agreement. The Cobar/Mineral Hill region is a richly mineralised
district that hosts several base and precious metal mines including the CSA, Tritton, and Hera/Nymagee mines.
This region contains highly prospective geology that has produced many long-life, high-grade mineral discoveries.
Talisman has identified several areas within its Lachlan Cu-Au Project tenements that show evidence of base and
precious metals endowment which have had very little modern systematic exploration completed to date.
Talisman believes there is significant potential for the discovery of substantial base metals and gold
mineralisation within this land package and is undertaking active exploration to test a number of these targets.
Talisman also has secured access to over 1000km2
of highly prospective tenure in South Australia’s Gawler
Craton known as the Mabel Creek Project. Mabel Creek is prospective for large scale Iron Oxide Copper Gold
(IOCG) deposits and intrusion related rare earths and battery metals mineralisation. Mabel Creek is surrounded
by similar tenure owned and being actively explored by Australia’s biggest resource companies including BHP,
Rio Tinto and FMG.
