RESULTS OF MEETING
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and as required by Section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act,
Talisman Mining Ltd (ASX:TLM, Talisman or Company) advises the following results of the
resolutions considered at the Company’s General Meeting (GM) held at 11.00 am on Wednesday,
7 February 2024.
All resolutions were passed on a poll. The outcome of voting and details of the aggregate number
of securities for which valid proxies were received before the meeting in respect of each resolution
was as set out in Appendix A to this announcement.
